60 minute individual therapy session

Currently only offering virtual sessions. Check below for a list of insurances currently accepted. If you would prefer not to use insurance, the out of pocket fee per session is 200 dollars. You may also submit for out of network benefits if I am not paneled with your insurance plan.

90 minute EMDR session

• Currently, most insurance plans only cover 50-60 minutes of therapy at a time, and this includes EMDR. Sometimes, it's hard to fit everything EMDR entails in 60 minutes, so I offer out of pocket 90 minute EMDR sessions for $250 per session.
